Itinerary:
Day01 Arrive in Lhasa. Make the adaptability rest n the afternoon.

Day02 One day visit to Lhasa city
Visit Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple, which are the sign buildings of Tibet and cultural heritage of the world. Surrounding the Jokhang Temple is the bustling Barkhor Market place which is the religious and social focus of Lhasa. Then pay a visit to the Tibet pharmaceutical factory of autonomous region to know the history of medicine development.

Day03 Lhasa-- Sichen Lhatso Lake (Mammon lake)—Ridor Hot Spring--Lhasa.
Being located 4,300 meters above the sea level, Ridor Hot Spring is the unique Tibetan hot spring who joins the world hot springs organization, the quality of the water keeps rich mineral substances. (60 yuan / person, self pay for the cost)
